Concrete Flatwork, Poured Right.
Driveways, patios, walkways, garage floors, and slabs — for homes and businesses across the Front Range. Proper base prep, the right mix, and joints cut where they belong, so it doesn’t crack up on you in three years.
Flatwork for homes and businesses.
Same crew, same standards, whether it’s a two-car driveway or a loading apron. Tell us what you’re looking at and we’ll come price it.
Three steps, no runaround.
Most jobs go from first call to finished pour in two to three weeks, weather depending.
We come look at it
Free on-site visit. We measure, check the base and drainage, and tell you straight whether it needs replacing or whether you can get a few more years out of it.
You get a written price
Itemized — tear-out, base, concrete, finish, and haul-off broken out separately. No “we’ll see when we get into it.”
We pour and clean up
Scheduled around your access. Joints cut on time, site swept, forms and debris hauled off. You get cure-and-care instructions before we leave.
Flatwork pricing comes down to square footage, thickness, and whether there’s old concrete to pull out. A straightforward two-car driveway replacement is a very different number than a stamped patio with a footing. We’ll give you the real number on-site — and if the job doesn’t make sense to do right now, we’ll say so.
Most concrete fails from the bottom up.
Cracked driveways and sunken patios almost never fail because of the concrete. They fail because the base underneath was thin, wet, or never compacted — or because nobody cut the joints in time. That’s the part you can’t see once it’s poured, and it’s the part we don’t skip.
The base gets done right
Proper depth, proper material, compacted in lifts. It’s the least visible part of the job and the reason the slab is still flat in ten years.
Right mix, right thickness, joints on time
Driveways and shop floors don’t get patio specs. Control joints go in where they belong, cut on schedule — not whenever the crew gets back.
Licensed, insured, and off your property clean
Full liability coverage, debris hauled off, and a crew that doesn’t leave washout in your yard.
