Do you work on residential properties?

No. Covenant Structural is commercial and industrial only — we serve property managers, building owners, industrial facilities, general contractors, and municipal clients. We don’t take on driveways, patios, sidewalks, or residential foundations. If you have residential concrete work, call our main line and we’ll refer you to a good local residential contractor.

What types of properties do you typically service?

Warehouses, parking structures, commercial office buildings, industrial plants, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, multi-tenant properties (HOA-governed condos, apartments), municipal infrastructure, and institutional buildings (hospitals, schools, government).

What’s your service area?

Denver metro and the Colorado Front Range corridor — from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. Primary cities include Denver, Arvada, Broomfield, Aurora, Lakewood, Westminster, and the surrounding metro. Extended coverage reaches Boulder, Longmont, Loveland, Greeley, and Castle Rock.

How fast can you be on site for an assessment?

Within 48 hours for the Denver metro and immediate Front Range. Within 72 hours for the wider Front Range corridor. Active structural damage that affects safety or operations gets same-day triage where possible.

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured?

Yes. Covenant Structural is licensed in Colorado, fully insured (general liability and workers’ comp), and bonded. Documentation is provided to your owner, insurer, or building department as part of every project’s paperwork.

Do you provide engineer-stamped documentation?

Yes. Structural reinforcement, capacity recovery, and any work that affects load paths is coordinated with a licensed structural engineer who stamps the design and the as-built documentation. We can work with your engineer of record or bring one in.

What warranty do you offer?

Standard warranty is 2 years on most concrete repair work and 5–10 years on structural reinforcement and waterproofing systems, depending on materials selected. Specific warranty terms are written into every project scope before work begins.

What’s the difference between concrete repair and structural reinforcement?

Concrete repair restores the surface and protects the substrate — spalling, surface deterioration, and joint failure. Structural reinforcement restores or upgrades load-bearing capacity for cracked beams, sagging slabs, or change-of-use upgrades, using carbon fiber wrap (FRP), steel bonding, or concrete jacketing.

When does a crack need injection vs. surface repair?

Surface cracks that don’t pass through the concrete or affect structure can often be sealed and coated. Cracks that go full-depth, are letting water through, or sit in a load-bearing element typically need pressure injection — epoxy for structural cracks (restores load transfer), polyurethane for active water intrusion (flexible seal).

Can you work around active operations or 24/7 facilities?

Yes. We routinely phase work during nights, weekends, and scheduled shutdown windows for industrial plants, hospitals, and 24/7 distribution facilities. Rapid-set concrete materials let us return floor area to service in hours instead of days.

Do you provide free assessments?

Yes. On-site assessment for commercial and industrial properties across the Front Range is free, with no obligation. We document conditions, identify root cause, and deliver a written scope with method statements, materials, and timeline within one business day.

How much does commercial concrete repair cost?

Cost varies widely by scope — from a few thousand dollars for targeted repair to six figures for full deck restoration or major structural reinforcement. We provide a written scope with line-item pricing after the on-site assessment so there are no surprises during the project.
